Refunds for UK, European & US Customers
We guarantee to refund any item you are not completely happy with. Providing the return arrives unworn with all tags and in a salable condition, within 14 days of receiving. Refunds will be credited by the original method of payment.
Refunds will be processed once your goods have been received and inspected. Please note that it may take 2-3 working days for refunds to show in your account. Each item returned will show on your statement as a refund/credit from YearOne—
If the original card used expires before we process your refund, please contact us with your new card details.
Please send back the item(s) via the Post Office and ensure you post it using their sign for delivery service and retain the proof of posting, as it would be impossible to process the refund if the parcel goes missing.
Refunds for other International Customers
Please note, unfortunately we currently do not offer refunds or exchanges on items bought in Australia, Asia, Middle East, Russia, and South America, without exception. We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause.

Signing for Deliveries
Your signature is normally required on delivery of orders. We therefore recommend that parcels be sent to a work address (where possible) or an alternative address.
Orders placed by 12pm on Monday to Friday will be shipped on the same day. Orders placed after 12pm will be shipped on the next working day. Our offices are closed Saturday and Sunday.
